1-126-0043 Experimental Appratus for Elextrolysis YE

For experiment electrolysis of water for acids and alkalis! This is a standard tester for textbooks!

  • Safe electrolysis

An electrode-integrated structure that prevents liquid leakage during the experiment enables safe electrolysis of water and saline solutions by simply placing the electrolyte in a container.

  • Platinum plated titanium electrode

Sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide because of the high corrosion resistance of platinum-plated titanium electrodes

It can be used in a wide range from aqueous solutions to electrolysis of hydrochloric acid.

  • Experiments same as textbooks

Because of the high corrosion resistance of platinum-plated titanium electrodes, they can be used in a wide range of applications, from sulfuric acid and aqueous sodium hydroxide solutions to electrolysis of hydrochloric acid.

  • Experiments as per textbook

It is possible to check that the volume of hydrogen and oxygen produced by the chemical reaction by electrolysis of water shows an integer ratio (2:1). The properties of the generated gas can be examined by removing the upper rubber plug.

You can experiment connecting a hand generator.

  • EXAMPLE for Electrolysis of Water ●

You can experiment many times without soiling your hands.  Repeat the experiment by turning it upside down.  There is no need to replace the electrode and there is no leakage. Remove the rubber stopper for generated gas.
